Hotel Manager Matrix

A web application for hotel managers: daily checks, briefings, a register of issues, the manager on duty, reports and statistics. It is not a reservation system and does not replace a PMS.
The hotel is created by a manager, who becomes its owner. They invite everyone else and decide who sees what — rights follow the position. Responsibility for whom they invite and what data they enter about them is theirs. The password is personal; at least 10 characters. If you believe someone has entered your account, write to us immediately.
14 days, no card, with the whole product. One free period per email address. A hotel deleted and created anew with the same address starts on a paid plan, not a trial.
Every plan gives the whole product and is for one hotel. They differ only in how many people are in the application, the manager included:

The annual plan is paid for ten months. Prices are final — Hotel Consult does not charge VAT.
Payments go through Stripe; card details never reach us. The subscription renews automatically at the start of each period until it is cancelled. The buyer's tax number is required at payment — the invoice is issued against it. Invoices can be downloaded at any time from the customer portal.
At any time, from the portal. Access remains until the end of the paid period; the amount for the current period is not refunded. Cancelling does not delete the data — it stays yours until you delete the hotel.
The owner can delete the hotel at any time. The application stops immediately, and the data is erased on a date that depends on the paid period — at most 30 days later. Until then the deletion can be undone with one click; after it there is no recovery, not even from a backup. Invoices are kept for ten years under the Bulgarian Accountancy Act.
A full archive of the hotel can be downloaded at any time from Settings. For the content you enter we act as a processor on your instruction, under the Data Processing Agreement — it is part of these terms. How we handle personal data generally is in the Privacy Policy.
Attempts to break in, to overload, or to circumvent the limits; reselling access; entering content that breaks the law or others' rights. In such cases access may be suspended.
We take care that the application runs without interruption and we watch for failures automatically, but we do not promise a hundred percent availability — no provider can. Support by email on working days; we answer within one working day.
The Matrix is a tool for organising work, not an adviser. Decisions in the hotel are made by the manager and the responsibility for them is theirs. Our liability towards you is limited to the amount paid over the last 12 months. We are not liable for lost profits.
The terms and the prices may change. For a price change on an active subscription we give 30 days' notice; if you do not agree, you cancel before the new price takes effect.
Bulgarian law. Disputes are settled under Bulgarian law, before the courts in Sofia.
